Position Specific Description
Our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Technical Services Department is looking for an Associate Nuclear test Engineer to join their team in our Corporate Procurement Engineering and Dedication (CPED) facility in West Palm Beach, FL. This position performs a variety of engineering tasks that require extensive analysis and evaluation of electrical components utilized across our enterprise. This position also includes responsibilities for technical decisions associated with important or complex projects to support the ISC business plan. This position performs general procurement engineering functions, with special emphasis on test plans, analysis of systems, Item Equivalency Evaluations (IEE), development of associated cost-effective countermeasures, and providing expert advice for component design, manufacturing processes and quality control. This position requires a demonstration of proficiency or ability to learn automated purchasing, familiarity and ability to use INDUS Passport/Ventyx Asset Suite is desired. Direct experience in the Electrical discipline is a requirement. This position performs, measurement, inspection and analysis and provides support for testing activities being performed in the lab. This position may also require the individual to conduct “hands on” physical evaluations, testing or critical measurement of a component to establish necessary design and functional data. This position is located at the Corporate Procurement Engineering and Dedication (CPED) facility in West Palm Beach.

- Performs fundamental engineering activities that require the application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria
- Participates in the analysis and evaluation of engineering problems
- Prepares design change and technical evaluation research for review
- Develops test activity to evaluate recommended solutions and analyzes data for result inconsistencies
- Coordinates Engineering activities with other Engineering departments and with other company departments
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
