Position Specific Description

NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a highly motivated and energetic engineer to join our EOSS Solar and Storage Reliability team. This individual will play a crucial role in developing our predictive analytics program. The professional in this role will collaborate closely with a team of engineers to create and refine predictive models for forecasting equipment failures and maintenance needs. This will involve leveraging technical knowledge of equipment, statistical techniques, operational data analysis, and machine learning algorithms. Additionally, this is a leadership-oriented position with significant growth potential. The successful candidate will be expected to build, coach, and develop the team that will own and advance this critical program for our expanding Solar and Storage Fleet
