Position Specific Description

Resource Modeling Analytics Mgr WL

Job Overview

Employees in this role oversee a team of wind analysts and wind farm designers and will be responsible for the fulfillment of all workflow items pertaining to pre-construction greenfield wind development and mergers and acquisitions as well as other long-lived, process improvement projects. This position commonly provides reports and presentations to upper management through investment approval meetings and RFP (Request for Proposal) support, among others. Individuals will achieve successful results by effectively applying analytical solutions and understanding and articulating results to other business units.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Directs management of daily project workflow and prioritization within the team
  • Leads the communication of assessment results to internal clients through the investment approval process and external clients such as independent engineers in support of project finance with little to no backup
  • Leads project definition requirements and deliverables for both standard and non-standard projects with both internal and external customers
  • Works closely with leader and supporting groups to drive, and participate in, team-specific product enhancements, methodology improvements, and process streamlining
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 8+ years
  • Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree
  • Doctoral Degree
