Position Specific Description
1. This position is accountable for the support of Fossil Department requirements through performance of all
clerical and record keeping functions consistent with Company policies and procedures.
2. Responsible for ensuring the site remains SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) Compliant. Reporting any discrepancies
to supervisor for immediate follow up.
3. Proficient knowledge and use of the SAP software system.
4. Responsible for creating all Purchase Orders below $25,000 in accordance with all Company policies and
procedures.
5. Troubleshoot with vendors on invoice or purchase order questions/concerns.
6. Responsible for maintaining or assisting with site inventory. Including but not limited to: relief logs,
maintenance of min/max levels, maintaining current vendor data, ensuring items are restocked, coded
appropriately, and stored correctly within the warehouse.
7. Responsible for all shipping and receiving and must be able to physically perform the tasks required.
8. Processes Non-PO invoices.
9. Responsible for all aspects of payroll including: input of timesheets, month end accruals, extracting
reports, and maintaining files accordingly.
10. Performs all clerical functions including: typing at 30 words per minute, operating personal computers,
daily mail distribution, maintaining all aspects of copier/printer needs, ordering of office supplies,
maintaining petty cash account, catered event arrangements, vending machine requirements, maintain
credit card purchase receipts, and complete bargaining unit expense reports.
11. Must be generally familiar with the Company’s operating standards, procedures, policies and direction
pertaining to the job assignment.
12. Must maintain up to date computer skills to keep up with software enhancements.
13. Other duties as assigned
14. Work schedule is Mon – Fri 7am – 3:30pm. Although rare, occasional OT is required.
Job Overview
Performs wide range (from simple to highly complex) of clerical & administrative office assistance functions in support of activities and operations of assigned areas with some direction. May focus on one or more of the following areas and performs each task in all areas to the best of their ability. Support document control, inventory, procurement, engineering, information systems, environmental, plant ops & maint. Related vocational training with relevant specialized job skills or 1-3 years of accounting and payroll experience required. Occasional travel will be required.
