Position Specific Description

Overview: We are seeking a BI Developer with solid, hands-on experience in Power BI and SAP HANA to join our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) PGD Logistics & Inventory team. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager/Director of the organization and support the team by designing, developing, and optimizing both front-end reporting solutions and back-end data models. Familiarity with sourcing, procure-to-pay (P2P), and inventory management processes is a plus. At least three years of experience in these tools is required.

Key Responsibilities:

· Power BI Development:

o Create, publish, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards (PBIX files).

o Utilize DAX for calculated columns, measures, and advanced analytical expressions.

o Leverage Power Query (M language) for data cleansing, transformation, and shaping.

o Implement row-level security, workspace management, and deployment pipelines where necessary.

· SAP HANA Data Modeling:

o Develop and maintain HANA Calculation Views, including graphical and SQL script-based models.

o Build and optimize Analytical/Attribute Views to enable robust reporting and analytics.

o Create and manage SQL-based procedures, functions, and scripts within SAP HANA.

o Ensure efficient data modeling practices to support performance and scalability requirements.

· Data Integration & Collaboration:

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine business requirements.

o Integrate data from multiple sources and systems, ensuring data quality and consistency.

o Troubleshoot and resolve data issues to maintain system reliability.

o Work closely with BI Manager to align solutions with business and supply chain objectives.

· Nice to Have (Preferred Skills):

o Experience with Alteryx for advanced data preparation and automation.

o Familiarity with sourcing, procure-to-pay (P2P), and inventory management processes.

o Exposure to SAP modules (S/4HANA) to support end-to-end analytics use cases.
