Position Specific Description
In this role, you will drive the development of infrastructure to serve edge computing data centers. The role integrates NextEra Energy's core competencies in land acquisition, power supply, and fiberoptic services to enable small- to medium-size data center loads across the country. You will lead cross-functional teams to advance these integrated infrastructure projects and lead the projects to commercial execution. This high-impact role offers executive exposure and positions you at the center of NextEra's strategic growth. The ideal candidate possesses a strong mix of infrastructure development experience, commercial skills, financial acumen, communication skills and the ability to influence in a matrixed organization – with telecom and/or data center experience being a plus.
Job Overview
This position is responsible for using business management consulting skills to work with internal clients through all stages of strategy-based transformation engagements.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing thought leadership and execution support on client assignments to craft strategy and then refocus an organization on making that strategy a reality
- Consulting with clients to identify, clarify, and solve problems critical to clients' strategic and operating success by developing insight, conducting independent analysis, and working with clients to assure assignment progress
- Developing conclusions and recommendations, writing reports, assisting in client presentations and providing implementation assistance as required
- Presenting to senior executives • Constructing the analytical framework and work steps for each assignment, and leading the problem solving associated
- Conducting both client and market development to grow the business
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 10+ years
- Supervisor/Management Experience: 4+ years

- Master's Degree
