Position Specific Description

This role will be fully responsible for the full cycle commissions desk from commission enrollment, calculations, analytics and reporting. Additionally the position focuses on continuous process improvements of commission payout, risk management and compliances in accordance to corporate policies and objectives. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Fully manage end-to-end commission processes including commission enrollment, calculations, analytics, and reporting 
  • Possess medium level of PowerBI skills and be able to build comprehensive PoweBI dashboards with limited guidance 
  • Act as an efficient liaison between the finance and operation teams to ensure timely and accurate commission accrual and payout processes 
  • Conduct complex financial analyses based on historical trend and come up with solutions that support quick and intelligent informed decision making 
  • Communicate results and financial information to non-financial audiences fostering broad technical and communication skills among the team 
  • Support month-end, quarter end and year end closing processes related to commissions 
  • Assist with key stakeholders with commission related tasks by leveraging PowerBI with limited guidance 
  • Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on historical commission trend analysis 
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance financial excellence and operational efficiencies 
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvements related to commission tasks 
  • Ability to create and manage SAP BOBJ and S4 reports 
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 2+ years
