Position Specific Description

Our ISC Logistics Materials Management team is looking for an Administrative Specialist to join their team in Riviera Beach, FL.

 

In addition to the duties and responsibilities below, you also will be responsible for:
•    Investigating and paying invoices for Investment Recovery
•    Tracking of scrap material and arranging for transportation of material
•    Learning and participating in the sales process of end-of-life materials.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Under minimal supervision:

  • Compiles basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials
  • Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures
  • Exercises independent judgment and employs basic reasoning skills
  • Maintains or prepares records and documentation
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Experience: 3+ years
