Position Specific Description

The daily duties of this role would include:

 

1) Processing of expense reports. 
2) Request Purchase Orders 
3) Support month end invoice accrual process 
4) Schedule meetings with directors, managers, and employees 
5) Manage travel arrangements for directors, managers, and employees
6) Support all logistics for the quarterly townhalls meetings 
7) Support business unit holiday lunches 
8) Support office supply request for the FPLES Organization 
9) Provide timekeeper support for the FPLES Organization 
10) Participate and support the FPLES Engagement Teams 
11) Participate in special projects as requested by supervisor 
12) Detail oriented, reliable and be able to work under minimal supervision

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Under minimal supervision:

  • Compiles basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials
  • Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures
  • Exercises independent judgment and employs basic reasoning skills
  • Maintains or prepares records and documentation
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Experience: 3+ years
