Position Specific Description

As a Sr Business Analyst, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong analytics foundation: ability to synthesize large datasets into clear trends, variance explanations, and decision-ready recommendations.
• Financial and commercial acumen: comfortable working with forecast/actual concepts and explaining performance through a commercial partnership lens.
• Advanced Excel and slide-building skills (PowerPoint): can independently build executive ready materials with clean visuals and tight storylines.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI).
• Strong stakeholder management: can triage inbound asks, clarify the “real question,” and deliver high-quality outputs on tight timelines.
• Detail-oriented and process minded: cares about data validation, metric definitions, and repeatability of reporting.
