Position Specific Description

Central Maintenance and Construction Broward Team is looking for a highly motivated individual that wants to work in a dynamic team environment. Our team manages a variety of different projects that range from new service work to installation of smart grid devices.  

1. Supports a team of Production Leads within the region
2. Works with all our contractor partners and supports them as needed
3. Assigned to duty roster for after-hours restoration support activities
4. Use’s new Salesforce Application for contractor assigned work
5. Submits planned outage notifications for customers
6. Collaborates with job owners and project managers on assigned Work Requests

Job Overview

Employees in this role are responsible for performing a full range of technical and operational tasks in support of the service center work flow and management. This position manages work request dependencies and tasks to ensure work flow progression and customer service required dates are met. Employees in this job ensure proper as-built and timely closing of work requests by reconciling and balancing material and labor and providing technical support for the service center.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Under general supervision:
•   Prepares job packages
•   Manages work request dependencies and task (requirements)
•   Manages and maintains 52 week calendar for resource availability
•   As-built work request for proper closing (labor and material)
•   Completes customer communication letters
•   Updates various databases (NJUNS, vault inspection, etc.)
•   Verifies invoices
•   Meets attendance and storm duty requirements
•   Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

•  High School Grad / GED
•  Experience:3+ years

Preferred Qualifications

•  Bachelor's Degree
