Position Specific Description
This position will be based at the Plant Smith, Panama City Florida. This position will be responsible for driving best in class safety and environmental performance, managing all aspects of operations and maintenance to maximize plant reliability, and for the development of high performance teams to support 24/7 operation. Power plant or industrial plant experience is strongly preferred. Preferred Qualifications

Leaders in this role oversee a team at a generation facility. Individuals are accountable for all aspects of the management and performance of both the physical and human assets in their assigned facility.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides leadership in all aspects of operation and maintenance
- Manages the technical performance of the plant
- Develops and manages site budget
- Leads the safety of the facility and personnel
- Complies with all regulations and policies
- Oversees personnel development and succession planning
- Drives the continuous improvement of performance
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 7+ years
- Supervisor/Management Experience: 5+ years
