Position Specific Description
NextEra Mobility, a subsidiary of NextEra Energy Resources (NEER), is a data science and software company based in San Francisco, CA. NextEra Mobility is the leading software provider of fleet electrification solutions, building the most trusted platform that drives vehicle fleets into a smart, electric, and cost-effective future. NextEra Mobility was founded in 2018 in response to the unique roadblocks that corporate and public fleet leaders face in electrifying their vehicles, starting with identifying ‘where and how’ to electrify. Using its EValuate product, we have assessed vehicles for EV feasibility for Fortune 500 companies, EV manufacturers, utilities and public fleets.
Role Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead our EValuate customer engagements and fleet electrification program development. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with customers, partners, and eIQ’s data science and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will enjoy both technical and customer-facing roles, have strong data wrangling and project management skills, and have past experience presenting to large and often inquisitive audiences. This is an exciting opportunity to advise clients as they take their first steps towards electric vehicles. The customer insights gained will also play a key role in improving and scaling our EValuate product, helping customers achieve decarbonization at scale.
Responsibilities
- Manage fleet electrification customer engagements from start to finish
- Work closely with NEER and its partners to implement new electrification initiatives
- Collect, process, and analyze client data using Python or R
- Document customer and partner pain points; identify ways to streamline engagements
- Present analysis findings and EValuate results to internal/external stakeholders
