Position Specific Description
Preferred candidate will have previous experience with operation and maintenance of natural gas compressor stations and pipelines:
- H2S experience
- Gas and Liquid Handling experience
- Experience in mechanical reliability
- Responsible for all safety meetings daily and with thorough walk-throughs
- Ensuring all jobs are performed safely and timely (on track)
- Should be experienced in making all BOM’s and tracking all materials
- Experience overseeing New and existing Construction and maintenance repairs
- Operations of compressor stations and pipeline operations experience
The selected candidate will be required to pass all Department of Transportation (DOT) and facility specific operator certifications/qualifications.

Job Overview
This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for US Gas Assets, including the oversight of a gas plant, crude oil pipeline, natural gas pipeline, and a water and gas gathering system. Employees in this role are responsible for the local oversight of operations personnel assigned to company assets. Individuals ensure that all policies and procedures for safe operations are maintained and personnel are trained on all procedures.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads, mentors, and supervises field personnel on a daily basis
- Plans, manages, and implements all phases of midstream operations along with the daily monitoring of field operations related to minimizing downtime
- Delivers, plans, and executes safe, cost-effective facility operations
- Develops and implements production optimization strategies
- Assist in the development of maintenance task and documentation procedures
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 6+ years
- Supervisor/Management Experience: 0+ years
- Valid Driver’s License (NON CDL)
