Position Specific Description
This position is part of the Customer Service Exploration Destiny (XD) team and serves as a bridge between workstream and IT teams, ensuring the successful delivery of non-integrated work that align with our North Star vision. This role provides end-to-end managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional coordination throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining accountability for delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the Revenue Management non-integrated program plan and schedule, monitoring progress across all SDLC stages
- Proactively identify schedule slippage, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues and driving mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Lead end-to-end project management for assigned initiatives, including scope definition, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on requirements, technical approach, and delivery timelines
- Oversee project execution by removing blockers, managing dependencies, and driving timely resolution of issues
- Maintain transparency on project health through clear metrics and reporting, tracking status, risks, and impacts

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates and completes large-scale or several medium or small, complex or long term project(s) within budgetary and scheduling guidelines
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis
- Identifies issues and challenges, measures and validates results, and implements solutions
- Provides information to internal and external clients on moderate to complex issues
- Creates and communicates presentation materials for report out and updates with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Conducts external research and stays abreast of new developments or innovative advancements pertaining to the project
- Provides coaching, leadership and direction to project team
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 4+ years
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
