Position Specific Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team of World-Class Cyber professionals. This specific position resides in the Cybersecurity Technology Solutions (CTS) team, a functional team under the Cybersecurity & Technology Risk (CTR) group within Information Technology. The CTR group is responsible for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company information and computing networks. As a senior business analyst, you will be responsible for providing support and aiding in the enhancing and deployment of new and existing technologies. In addition, you will recommend process and technology related solutions or improvements to protect the company from cyber security vulnerabilities and threats.

 

Highly Desired Skills

  • Ability to work with customers to gather, document, and communicate requirements to developers for both support/enhancements
  • Identity and Access Management platforms (ISIM / IGI, Sail Point, Alert Enterprises, etc.)
  • Coordinate initiatives and Projects
  • Perform testing - Integration testing / Regression testing
  • Provide customer support with investigating support issues
  • Provide training/Demos
  • Ability to create training content – guides, job aids, videos
  • Document procedures and flowcharts for both new and existing processes
  • Familiarity with compliance and governance
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Agile tools including Jira and MS Project
  • Experience with ITIL processes and work management platforms such as ServiceNow and Change Gear
  • Experience using MS Office apps including PowerPoint and Visio 
  • Microsoft BI Reporting and Report Manager

  • Builds strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and analyzes and determines failure points in the solution
  • Contributes to the application testing process (directly or to support end users)
  • Creates and updates documentation, as appropriate, for selected project framework
  • Maintains a familiarity with market trends in technology
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
