Position Specific Description

This position is part of the Customer Service Exploration Destiny (XD) team and serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring future state business needs are translated into actionable technical solutions and align with our North Star vision. This role is responsible for capturing, refining, and stewarding business requirements throughout the development lifecycle while maintaining strategic oversight of system design and delivery priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document comprehensive business requirements working with key stakeholders
  • Serve as a liaison with key business subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accurate requirement capture and ongoing alignment
  • Work with technical teams to groom and refine business requirements to ensure they are clear, testable, and development-ready before handoff to technical teams
  • Review and approve system designs to ensure they align with business objectives
  • Facilitate requirement reviews and sign-offs with business stakeholders
  • Refine and execute test scripts to ensure delivered solutions meet approved requirements

Job Overview

This job will use business management consulting skills to work with internal clients through all stages of strategy-based transformation engagements.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides thought leadership and execution support on client assignments to craft strategy
  • Conducts both client and market development to grow the business
  • Consults with clients to identify, clarify, and solve problems critical to clients' strategy and operating success
  • Develops conclusions and recommendations, writes reports, assists in client presentations and provides implementation assistance as required
  • Constructs the analytical framework and work steps for each assignment, and leads the problem solving process associated
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience:8+ years
  • Supervisor/Management Experience:2+ years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
