Position Specific Description
We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Maintenance Leader. The selected candidate for this position will be responsible for managing the maintenance program for a 4x1 Combined-Cycle Power Plant and two Conventional Boiler units in Parrish, Florida. Job Summary This position is responsible for executing both short-term and long-term maintenance strategies ensuring that all activities are conducted following corporate policies and all applicable local, state, and federal permits, codes, standards, and regulations. As a Leader this person will be responsible for the direct supervision and performance management of maintenance employees, both bargaining unit and exempt. The successful candidate will work with the Plant Manager to successfully implement the maintenance plan, ensuring that all budget targets are met. Job Overview
Employees in this role lead a team of production and maintenance technicians and contractors in plant maintenance activities. Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty, executing plant maintenance to achieve short and long term site goals and objectives in safety, environmental, compliance, reliability, availability and cost management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 5+ years
- High School Grad / GED
- Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years
