Position Specific Description
This position will be located at our company headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, leading the Tactical Planning team within our Central Maintenance Group. The position has overall management accountability for a team of planners responsible for outage project planning of major and minor equipment maintenance activities related to electrical power generation plants. Activities in this role may include collaboration with other business units and oversight of scope validation, cost and schedule estimating, and development of job specific work instructions. These activities will be performed with a goal of "Delivering Certainty" in all disciplines of major maintenance activities to achieve objectives for safety, environmental, quality, schedule and cost compliance. This position focuses on streamlining activities through quality tools and technology to lean maintenance techniques and standardized processes. It will also be responsible for internal employee development and performance management of its assigned team. Job may include other duties as assigned.
Job Overview
Leaders in this position have overall management accountability for the team of maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors involved in major maintenance activities. This position manages internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty in all disciplines of major maintenance activities to achieve objectives for: safety, environmental, quality, schedule, and cost compliance.

- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 8+ years
