Position Specific Description
As the General Manager of Planning for Renewable Central Maintenance, you will oversee the strategic planning and financial management of maintenance activities for renewable energy assets. You will manage a diverse and complicated scope of down wind turbines, requiring swift and effective decision-making to optimize total cost in a fast-paced environment. This includes scheduling and coordinating labor, crane, and material resources to address complex maintenance demands. You will lead the development and implementation of budgeting strategies and processes to ensure efficient operation, long-term sustainability, and alignment of maintenance activities with budgetary constraints and organizational goals.
Job Overview
Leaders in this position are responsible for fleet-wide major maintenance activities. Individuals oversee the management of internal and external resources to Delivery Certainty in all disciplines of major maintenance activities to achieve objectives for: safety, environmental, quality, schedule, and cost compliance.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Provides direct leadership to managers and leaders and is responsible for all aspects of outage execution
• Directs the technical performance of the maintenance organization, project schedule and controls, and safety of the facility and personnel
• Ensures compliance with all regulations and policies
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience:7+ years
• Supervisor/Management Experience:5+ years
