Position Specific Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Renewable Site Intervention and Analytics to lead our team responsible for supporting underperforming sites with planning and scheduling, parts procurement, supplemental central technicians and leadership, and/or outside contractor resources (as appropriate) to ensure sites improve total cost performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive knowledge of renewable project operations and experience leveraging data and metrics to improve performance.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilitie

  • Lead team to support bottom renewable sites with planning and scheduling, parts procurement, supplemental central technicians and leadership, and/or outside contractor resources (as appropriate)
  • Lead team to develop and monitor critical insight metrics on recurring schedule to ensure interventions are timely
  • Work with Reliability Engineering team to ensure top trip drivers are addressed by supporting sites to determine the root cause of equipment or system issues
  • Minimize total cost by leveraging best practices from top sites and incorporating into standard work across the fleet
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and support staff
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback and development opportunities
  • Ensure clear processes and procedures are in place to prevent fighting the same fires over and over
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures based on feedback from renewable operations teams
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and growth of the renewables fleet
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years
  • Proven experience of using data to drive improved performance
