Position Specific Description

A leading residential clean energy solutions provider, EverBright provides a platform that designs, proposes and finances solar and storage projects nationwide. EverBright brings together finance and technology, to provide customers with an all-in-one solution for powering their carbon-neutral homes. We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Director of Finance to lead our Capital Markets Team in the specialized domain of Structured Finance for Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) in Solar. This role is a keystone within our Finance Division, bridging innovative financial markets with sustainable energy initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead the Capital Markets Team in the architectural design and execution of structured finance plans particularly focusing on Asset-Backed Securities within the solar energy sector.
2. Foster strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders, financiers, rating agencies and investors to facilitate and expand our funding initiatives.
3. Guide and oversee the implementation of funding strategies, including the structuring and issuance of Asset-Backed Securities and related financial products.

4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory provisions related to Asset-Backed Securities and structured finance.
5. Design, build and maintain financial models to support transactions and monitor portfolio performance.
6. Sponsor innovation and continuous development of financial mechanisms within the renewable energy space.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal teams to integrate financial strategies with broader organizational objectives.
8. Deliver regular financial reports and projections to relevant stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will possess:

1. A proven track record in finance, specifically in structured finance and capital markets.
2. Robust understanding of Asset-Backed Securities and their application in the solar energy industry.
3. Strong leadership skills with an aptitude for driving team performance and achieving financial goals.
4. Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with internal teams, investors, and key stakeholders.
5. Ability to stay abreast of the evolving landscape of finance and renewable energy markets and leverage this knowledge for strategic decision making.
