Position Specific Description

We are seeking a self-starter individual with strong operational and interpersonal skills to support a mission critical project. This role will be responsible for supporting Xploration Destiny (XD) program with strategic customer migration. This position will be the XD Program point person for customer migration planning and execution activities and will work closely with BU executives and XD Program leadership in preparing for the transition of customer from our legacy CIS system to SAP.
 
Primary job responsibilities performed by this position include:

  • This position will support customer migration activities as they relate to the XD Program. These activities include but are not limited to: 
    • Provide strategic planning in working cross functionality with stakeholder to develop a comprehensive migration roadmap.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support. 
  • Identify, assess, and document risk mitigation associated with the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. 
  • Assist with coordination of data validation during testing cycles and go-lives of data transfers from legacy system to SAP, coordinating with IT and vendor teams for seamless migration.
  • Work closely with change management and training to implement strategies to support employees and customers through the phased customer migration.
  • Assist in establishing and monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate pre and post migration progress.
  • Ability to perform complex data analysis to identify opportunities to optimization of migration efforts. 
  • Comfortable leading large cross functional discussions and developing presentations to facilitate discussions. 

Job Overview

Employees in this role lead the analysis and strategy on high priority projects as assigned by senior executive management. This position works with a small cross-functional team of Subject Matter Experts (SME) to analyze, develop, and propose strategies or solutions to complex topics. Individuals rapidly identify key data, stakeholders, and the current landscape in order to effectively present ideas for executive review.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leads cross-functional projects including data collection, analysis and implementation of recommendations to senior management
  • Creates and communicates formal presentation of proposal to business leaders at higher levels of management, including executive
  • Develops hypothesis and validates them with data and discussion with appropriate Subject Matter Experts, then consults with business units for additional validation
  • Compiles and analyzes highly analytical problem solving analysis, and compiles them in a succinct manner to be reviewed by executive management
  • Develops strategies to address opportunities identified through analysis
  • Conducts research in other industries and stays abreast of innovative advancements in order to apply them to key problems
  • Interacts with senior and executive leadership, developing trust and credibility
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 6+ years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's - Business Administration
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Six Sigma Master Black Belt
