About Position

Here at FPL we are "Changing the Current". This position is on the frontlines of that change. We are looking for energetic and innovative individuals to join our team to develop and support customer facing applications and tools that support our customer service field personnel. 

The ideal candidate should have proven experience with Project Management, Systems Integration/Development, and Requirements Gathering for high exposure projects.


Duties include but not limited to:
•    Maintain and refine program backlog
•    Mentor team members on Field Service Cloud functionality
•    Develop solutions and turn them into user stories
•    Lead workshops including business process reviews, discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and design sessions
•    Map current and future state technology process maps in Visio and PowerPoint
•    Work with architects to build the designed Salesforce Field Service solution
•    Articulate to stakeholders the value of recommended solutions
•    Perform analysis of complex business information including business and technical requirements, process models, user stories, and process gaps
•    Suggest Salesforce development best practices to drive business transformation

Job Overview

Individuals work with system user areas to analyze, identify, select, design, and implement required applications.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conducts business case planning and prioritizes business initiatives against technology costs
  • Maintains existing applications
  • Coordinates activities between the users areas and application programmers
  • Leads the development or enhancement process
  • Assists in training and developing other analysts
  • Acts as a liaison between involved parties to prioritize business initiatives against technology costs
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Experience: 4+ years

  • Bachelor’s Degree
