Position Specific Description
This position is part of our infrastructure tools team working on managing primarily security tools. The candidate must have at least 1 to 2 years’ experience with Tripwire. The success of this individual is accomplished by analyzing business processes and practices in an effort to focus the design and implementation of information technology solution that meet customer needed and business initiatives. This role is responsible for performing skilled work in the installation, maintenance, modifications, and testing of our security infrastructure and applications and not limited to Tripwire.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Tripwire infrastructure, and integrate with other infrastructure tools.
- Monitor and ensure NERC CIP compliance.
- Work closely with configuration management team to ensure CIP10 compliance.
- Familiar with all CIP Standards and ability to produce data requests to auditors.
- Identifies integration and other interface requirements for all supported products and platforms.
- Evaluates, implements, and modifies operating system software parameters and product solutions for optimum security and performance.
- 24x7 support when needed.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in computer science or related field or equivalent experience is required
- 1+ years of Tripwire administrations
- 1+ years of UNIX/Linux shell scripting is perfected
- 1+ year experience with regex
- CISSP certification is a plus
- SIEM experience is a plus
- Guardium experience is a plus
- Outstanding customer service skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Overview
This position installs, configures, and maintains computing infrastructure, operating systems, and middleware products on all computer platforms, including mainframes, workstations, and servers - including web servers - in support of 24-hour-per-day, seven-day-per-week business processes.

• Identifies integration and other interface requirements for all supported products and platforms
• Serves as a technical escalation point for technicians and customers
• Troubleshoots hardware, system and application issues
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
