Position Specific Description

As a Programmer Analyst I within our Customer Operations, Transformation & Automation team, you will bridge the gap between business processes, data science, and functional technology. We are seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on developer and self-starter who possesses technical curiosity and dedicated follow-through to deliver operational solutions that meet our evolving business needs.

In this role, you will assess, develop, integrate, and troubleshoot technology to support operational business processes. You will operate as s technical execution resource within a cross-functional business team, collaborating directly with Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and Process Owners to translate operational goals into functional, cloud-native applications and workflows. You will have the opportunity to develop and support advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI/LLM) features, supporting core SAP enterprise workflows, and maintaining secure, cloud-native applications that elevate the customer and employee experience.

Job Overview

Employees in this role develop program logic for new applications or analyze and modify logic in existing applications. This role collaborates with other areas to understand requirements and drive continuous improvement.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Codes, tests, debugs, documents and implements software applications
  • Tests and integrates application components and analyzes requirements
  • Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented
  • Researches to develop or modify information systems
  • Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 2+ years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree
  • Six Sigma Master Black Belt
  • Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt
