Position Specific Description
This position reports to the Quality Assurance and Analytics Manager and is responsible for supporting projects and control activities as they relate to Billing and Payment processes. Hybrid work schedule available.
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to the following:
- Identify gaps in data and work cross-functionally to obtain the data needed to complete the analysis
- Ability to communicate to key stakeholders
- Design and implement controls to meet or exceed business requirements, adhering to best practices
- Ability to develop and execute system, regression, and user acceptance testing to minimize risks on project deliverables
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong reporting and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
- Be open-minded, proactive, a critical analytical thinker, and have a positive can-do attitude in pursuit of needed outcomes
- Comprehensive working knowledge of SQL including the ability to write queries against large data warehouses (such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, & Microsoft Access)
- Experience creating dashboards and visualizations for non-technical users using tools such as Microsoft Power BI
- Some experience with SAP/S4, SAP/ECC, or willingness to learn
