Position Specific Description
Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful decisions and enhance customer experiences? Join the Customer Strategy & Analytics team as a Business Analyst II and play a crucial role in transforming how we utilize data to serve our customers better. This position is pivotal in ensuring our business stakeholders have the data and insights they need to make informed decisions and deliver exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Preferred Qualifications:
• Be the primary point of contact for data requests from business stakeholders, making a tangible impact on our operations.
• Prioritize and manage data requests, delivering timely and accurate insights that drive business decisions.
• Gather detailed requirements and understand stakeholder data needs to create customized solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts for input or guidance on fulfilling data requests, ensuring comprehensive and accurate results.
• Execute data requests using SQL and Power BI, providing actionable insights that enhance customer experiences.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the request lifecycle, ensuring clarity and transparency.
• Develop and maintain documentation of data request processes and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Assist with testing and enhancement of analytical tools and processes to continually improve our capabilities.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team's objectives and business goals, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified
• Experience with data automation and advanced analytical techniques
• Knowledge of the energy or utilities industry
• Agile Product Planning Experience
• Call center or customer service experience
• Master's degree in a related field
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
Job Overview

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Conducts analyses and prepares reports that provide operation and/or technical support to business operations
- Conducts quantitative and qualitative research to support medium to large special projects
- Assists with process design and modification for continuous business improvement
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 2+ years
