Position Specific Description

The Cycle/ CCM Coordinator will support our Northern Fleet plants, while sitting in our corporate office in beautiful Jupiter, FL- reporting to our Nuclear On-Line Northern Fleet Manager. 

Job Overview

This position manages cyclical work scheduling activities at a nuclear site. Employees in this role review daily work requests and coordinate resources to work type, duration, sequence, logic ties, urgency, validity, and system windows. Individuals ensure the performance of work activities proceed in a manner that preserves safe, reliable and predictable plant and equipment operation.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs maintenance risk reviews in compliance with site objectives and standards
  • Evaluates scheduling conflicts and identifies opportunities and workarounds
  • Develops schedule fragments in detail to help plan high priority or high risk work activities
  • Develops contingency plans for circumstances that impact scheduled activities
  • Integrates fleet maintenance plans, site outages, and administrative activities into a master schedule supporting strategic planning and budget control
  • Leads and participates in meetings to communicate and support scheduling activities
  • Provides technical direction to assigned schedulers
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Experience: 6+ years
  • Nuclear Experience: 5+ years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Bachelor's - Engineering
  • Nuclear Experience: 10+ years
  • Senior Reactor Operator Certification
  • SRO License - Active, Inactive, or Prior

Special Requirements

Nuclear Specific Requirements:

  • Operations, maintenance, or engineering experience: 7+ years
  • Generating station maintenance experience
  • Maintenance scheduling tools/databases experience

 

Nuclear Specific Preferences:

  • Military background in either maintenance or nuclear operations
