Job Overview
Employees in this role are responsible for managing all aspects of streetlight restoration, maintenance, and billing. Individuals manage the streetlight program to ensure that repairs are executed in accordance with service level agreements, and customer requests and complaints are addressed in a timely manner.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversees contractor repair work including ownership of supplier purchase orders
- Participates in the development of contract specifications for restoration and maintenance work
- Ensures all commitments to the customers are met
- Identifies opportunities to lean processes, reduce costs and improve streetlight reliability via the introduction of new products
- Oversees process analysis and monitoring of indicator reports with focus on cost and service level improvements
- Participates in the development of contract specifications for restoration and maintenance work
- Manages streetlight restoration operations and billing
- Oversees contractor repair work including ownership of supplier purchase orders
- Performs field visits and attends events across territory
- Manages executive, media, Public Service Commission (PSC), and elevated customer complaints
- Performs storm duty role as required
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 8+ years
- Supervisor/Management Experience: 3+ years

- Master’s Degree
- Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification
