Position Specific Description

Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for providing project leadership, analysis, and coordination for the Power Delivery Business Unit as well as developing and integrating processes that meet business needs across the organization.  You will be accountable for functional, business, and broad company objectives and handle complex issues within functional area of expertise.  The successful candidate will be involved in process improvement projects that improve the long term planning, financial analysis, accuracy of financial information and compliance processes, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

    • General Project Management
    • General (Field) User Training
    • Strong Communication Skills-Candidate will work closely with multiple business partners (IT, Property Accounting, ISC, etc..)
    • Support all Power Delivery merger and acquisition activities
    • Project Accelerate system initiatives –“Change Champion” insuring all Power Delivery system ideas meet financial, operational and time commitments
    • General WMS support for all WMS users
    • Process Improvement- assist with bug fix, streamline existing processes, implementing new processes
    • General change management-supporting new initiatives -documentation, virtual/in-person training, general support
    • Testing and supporting system development- ensuring SOX compliance and a successful implementation

Job Overview

This job is responsible for applying diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices to a broad variety of assignments and related fields. Employees in this role evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform a task or sequence of tasks for conventional projects. This position conducts analysis on system performance and reliability strategy and provides recommendations.

•   Works on all aspects of engineering design and permitting
•   Acts as a single point of contact for mid-level complexity projects for the department
•   Tracks and reports on performance
•   Delivers company standards, policies, training, and support of organization
•   Prepares communications and presentations, and conducts meetings
•   Meets attendance and storm duty requirements
•   Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications


•  Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
•  High School Grad / GED
•  Bachelor's - Engineering
•  Experience:3+ years

Preferred Qualifications


•  Certified Professional Engineer (PE)
•  Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
•  Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
•  Master's Degree
•  Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified
•  Six Sigma Master Black Belt
