Position Specific Description

We have a great opportunity for an Agile Delivery Manager to join us on our Digital Transformation journey. Our Information Technology team is looking to continue leveraging cutting edge technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud apps, RPA, etc.) to support the digital transformation of our clean generation portfolio. We are seeking a results-oriented leader capable of driving large-scale technology programs, with a desire to innovate! You will partner with agile teams and business partners to drive the strategic vision of the Nuclear fleet. The role will include:

• Management of multiple agile teams within a single Agile Release Train
• Large-scale program increment planning and product delivery
• Business liaison interfacing with senior leaders
• Vendor management
• Large-scale program budget management
• Portfolio execution reporting (Program Metrics, Scorecard, etc.)
• Enterprise collaboration and delivery alignment
