Position Specific Description

The Transmission Analyst will support Senior and Principal Analysts in project work. They frequently work on mapping for presentations, RFP/Bid support, and land exhibits, as well as performing routine data updates. Analysts play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of project-related tasks. 
Includes but not limited to: 
•    Perform data updates and simple data updates and analysis with direction from senior or principal staff 
•    Perform routing data updates as needed based on feedback from routing meetings or by request of Senior Analysts. 
•    Mapping tasks such as project location maps,  land exhibits, and any other standard JIRA ticket map requests, with direction from the Principal and Senior analysts. 
•    Communicate effectively with the Sr Analyst and Principal Analyst to determine priorities and gather a clear understanding of the assignments. 

Job Overview

This position supports management by supplying solutions for technical transmission issues for Development projects and current assets for project or region of responsibility.

  • Completes ad hoc projects, report development and modeling
  • Reviews market changes, policies and laws
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 1+ years
