Job Overview

This job is responsible for supporting the structuring of complex products. Employees in this role conduct analyses and identify risk exposures in the organization.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creates economic models and performs financial analysis to support the development and evaluation of complex transactions and deal structures 
  • Serves as a problem-solver with a risk management mentality by identifying the needs of counterparties and devising innovative ways to meet those needs 
  • Supports the origination team by providing time-critical analysis for new, incremental, and existing business opportunities 
  • Collects, analyzes, and presents data to communicate complex concepts in conversations and presentations with senior management, external client organizations, and project partners 
  • Manages multiple projects and coordinates work efforts with other team members, facilitating cooperation amongst cross-functional teams that reach across business units  
  • Presents deal to senior leadership, seeking approval of the proposed deal structure 
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
