Position Specific Description
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement leads the strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of the processes, systems, and programs that power Talent Acquisition. This role is responsible for optimizing the end-to-end hiring experience by driving operational excellence, standardizing recruiting processes, implementing technology solutions, leveraging data and analytics, and leading centralized recruiting support functions. Working closely with Talent Acquisition leaders, HR Technology, HR Operations, and business stakeholders, this leader identifies opportunities to improve speed, quality, and scalability while ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and new hires. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven leader with experience building high-performing teams, leading cross-functional initiatives, and delivering measurable improvements in recruiting operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Job Overview
Leaders in this role direct the recruitment, selection, and internal placement of all exempt, non-exempt, and bargaining unit positions with the company to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates in accordance with the needs of each functional area.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Directs the company’s internal placement system with focus on identifying and encouraging new and additional skill sets and competencies needed
- Directs relations with outplacement vendors and recruiting search firms
- Develops and maintains an effective college relations and recruitment program and encourages the support of student recruitment from a diverse curriculum
- Ensures effective sourcing methodology with focus on creative and cost-effective approaches
- Develops hiring criteria to ensure flow of qualified applicants in meeting our organizational needs
- Develops recruiting and selection metrics to evaluate performance for the recruiting function and continuous improvement
- Ensures efficient and effective systems are in place for reporting to support the recruiting and selection function
- Ensures recruiting and selection policies and procedures are in place and communicated
- Develops compliance standards to ensure organization complies with all federal, state, and local agencies

Required Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 10+ years
- Supervisor/Management Experience: 5+ years
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- Professional HR Certification (PHR)
- Senior Professional HR Cert (SPHR)
