Position Specific Description

We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Sr. Digital Channel Analyst to join our Digital and Communication Experience team. As a Sr. Digital Channel Analyst, you will have the opportunity to create and maintain KPI dashboards, analyze results, and provide ongoing analysis and reporting related to our digital channel initiatives. This person will be responsible for conducting complex data analysis leveraging various analytics platforms, including Adobe Analytics and PowerBi. You will be the expert overseeing the Adobe Analytics platform for the Digital team.  
Your goal will be to help the team understand the health of the channel, drive key insights from the channels, grow self-service digital adoption and make recommendations to improve the overall digital user experience. The candidate is a strong problem solver, blending creative and analytical skills to solve challenging and complex problems. You will use analysis, visualization, and experiments to optimize traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase customer satisfaction with our digital properties. 

 

You will work collaboratively with a digital optimizer and the rest of the digital team to design and execute experiments, measure the results, and generate insights from data across all marketing channels so that we can do more of what works and less of what doesn’t. You are a great communicator and will interface cross-functionally with different teams including Digital User Experience, Brand and Product Marketing, Analytics and Technology teams.

Job duties 

  • End-to-end view of digital channels, including, but not limited to FPL.com, mobile app, text, email, push, voice
  • Responsible for monitoring and analyzing ongoing digital channel performance and recommendations for optimization
  • Create and maintain KPI dashboards/data visualizations and provide ongoing reporting related to the digital channel initiatives Responsible for “Health of the Channel” reports management and senior leadership.
  • Will provide analyst support during business case cycles
  • Help frame knowledge requests and ensure the quality and delivery of research, analysis, intelligence and other intellectual capital supports
  • Interpret data, analyze results, and articulate measurement needs, turn this into an action plan, and execute and deliver recommendations (qualitative or quantitative)
  • Will work with Digital Optimizer on usability and A/B testing for the digital channels
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and help maintain databases/data systems
  • Translate data needs into projects that answer specific questions and generate insights that can drive growth
  • Work with cross-functional teams to assess and analyze digital initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement 
  • Provide deep insights and analysis for the channels and support ongoing programs with these insights

 

Education/Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree and five or more years of relevant work experience are required 
  • Deep understanding of an omni-channel and digital experience and the ability analyze its performance 
  • Expert in Adobe Analytics or other digital analytics reporting suite
  • Strong knowledge of marketing communication platforms and associated reporting 
  • Experience working with A/B and Multivariate Testing platforms 
  • Experience with optimizing high trafficked web pages for performance 
  • Experience with analyzing and optimizing an omni-channel experience 
  • Understands responsive design approaches for both email and web 
  • Dedication to customer service and the flexibility to meet the demands of assigned projects; enthusiasm and passion for getting the job done
  • A thorough understanding transactional design for email, applications and content pages utilizing a mobile first approach
  • Sound business and financial acumen, balanced by a talent for creative thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to follow critical business processes to ensure quality and timely execution of initiatives
  • Ability to multitask and maintain higher performance under extreme pressure in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Ability to perform writing for status updates and presentations
  • Solid writing, verbal and overall communication skills, plus a comfort level in presenting to team members, senior managers clients and vendors 
  • Proven leadership experience and effectively manage difficult situations

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 3+ years
