Position Specific Description

The Contingent Workforce Program is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic contingent workforce program lead to manage and optimize the Contingent Workforce Program. This role plays a critical part in designing, implementing, and optimizing the program to ensure we meet business needs while maintaining compliance, cost efficiency, and a high standard of quality in the workforce.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to deliver results that align with organizational goals.

The Program Lead will work hand in hand with a cross functional team of sourcing and human resource team members with a key focus on contract labor. This role focuses on managing and optimizing contract labor services across multiple business units (BUs). Effective communication skills within the supply chain, as well as internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Job Functions:

  • Oversee all SOW submissions from Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) procurement agents, ensuring adherence to company policies and efficient processing.
  • Regularly updating and maintaining dashboards to track key metrics, performance indicators, and project statuses, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Conducting training sessions for Business Units (BUs) on the use of Fieldglass, SOW processes, and contingent workforce management. Providing ongoing support to ensure proper utilization and compliance.
  • Facilitating and occasionally leading discussions between Allegis and BUs regarding SOW requests, ensuring alignment with company standards and requirements.
  • Organizing and conducting monthly calls with BU champions to discuss upcoming labor needs, provide SOW assistance, and address any challenges.
  • Maintaining regular monthly updates with Allegis to review supplier performance, program standing, and address any concerns or areas for improvement.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between Fieldglass, IT, and Allegis for seamless integration and resolution of technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of the SOW program.
  • Conducting periodic reviews to ensure program compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identifying and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Assisting in the development of a robust escalation process for contingent workers, including the creation of a 24-month reporting protocol.
  • Implementing a system to capture and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the conversion of SOWs to contingent workforce engagements. Regularly reporting findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintaining detailed records of unique job titles and one-off roles to monitor these positions. Identifying emerging patterns that indicate recurring needs.
  • Collaborating with leaders and Allegis to add niche suppliers to the Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) network, ensuring optimal talent sourcing for specialized roles.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs detailed statistical analyses regarding the Company’s workforce including linear and logical regressions to forecast attrition and retirements and general workforce needs
  • Works with operational personnel to establish and maintain workforce planning initiatives for the organization 
  • Defines, monitors, and reports workforce planning metrics
  • Consults and provides direction to business leaders in the area of workforce planning best practices 
  • Conducts research and analysis to support workforce forecasting and analytics
  • Translates business unit needs into a comprehensive project plan which ensures successful implementation of workforce planning
  • Creates and deploys standardized reports including the formulation of strategic planning
  • Develops documentation and support materials and keep abreast of new tools and processes
  • Participates or leads one or more workforce planning related projects
  • Serves as a mentor to lower level compensation consultants
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 5+ years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's - Business Administration
