Position Specific Description

This position will be responsible for providing paralegal support for the commercial infrastructure attorneys within the law department, including:

• Assists in management and review of commercial agreements, including supply agreements, service agreements, and procurement contracts
• Manages and coordinates review of non-disclosure agreements for multiple business units
• Manages calendaring of all events and deadlines associated with commercial legal matters, including closing activities, maintaining and organizing transaction documents, preparing transaction summaries and closing binders, etc.
• Ensures contractual compliance with company’s policies and preferred terms and requirements
• Conduct legal research on commercial law matters
• Supports attorneys in group by gathering, reviewing and preparing documents and correspondence
• Coordinates meetings with business unit representatives, including executives
