Position Specific Description

We’re looking for an experienced media planning and buying professional to help build the future of our digital marketing capabilities. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of the campaign process from collaborative planning with internal stakeholders to campaign strategy development and execution. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills. As a member of the digital marketing team you will support the growth of programs and initiatives across the enterprise. Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, launch, analyze and optimize advertising campaigns across search, social, display and video platforms
  • Manage the campaign structure and budgets across the various social and search platforms for multiple campaigns across a variety of business groups
  • Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Keep current on platform updates, best practices, and strategies in the management of online paid media
  • Research target audience interests/activities across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to develop platform, targeting, and budget recommendations
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points to create a holistic campaign
  • Research and propose paid search campaigns on Google and Bing, including design and development of strategy, identification of proper landing pages, keyword research, ad copywriting, and post-click tagging for campaign analysis and continuous improvement
  • Support creative development of advertising assets by providing guidance on ad formats utilizing platform best practices as well as performance data
  • Actively test and analyze visuals, search key words, copy and landing pages to increase ROI and drive incremental volume
  • Identify and utilize successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management on pay-per-click search engines to hit KPIs and drive business results (e.g., CPA, CPL, etc.)
  • Compile performance metrics and create weekly/monthly reports, including key metrics and analysis for insights, optimizations, and future strategy development
  • Work cross-functionally with web and IT teams to implement campaign tracking tags and pull analytics
  • Present monthly campaign reporting and insights to key program stakeholders
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining flexible to changing business needs
  • Execute other responsibilities as required

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication and writing skills – attention to detail
  • Hands on experience developing and managing digital advertising campaigns both programmatically and natively
  • Ability to analyze campaign metrics, develop insightful reports, make recommendations, and tell a story from data
  • Proven track record of developing successful campaign strategies for a wide variety of business objectives including but not limited to brand building, advocacy, program enrollment, and sales
  • Team player who can help drive best-in-class digital marketing solutions
  • Experience in all digital media buying channels including search, social, programmatic, OTT, video, and display


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 5-7+ years of paid campaign management – agency or enterprise brand experience required
  • Google AdWords (Certification(s) Necessary), Bing Ads
  • Proficiency in social ad platform/campaign set-up including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ad Words/Google Display Network, LinkedIn, Twitter and various Programmatic/Demand-Side-Platforms
  • Knowledge of Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Campaign Manager preferred 
  • B2C experience required
  • B2B demand generation and account-based marketing experience a plus
