Position Specific Description
A leading residential clean energy solutions provider, EverBright provides a platform that designs, proposes and finances solar and storage projects nationwide. We are seeking an experienced and strategic visual storyteller who has an instinctive understanding of complex systems to produce video and digital content. As a key member of our marketing team, this role will help bring EverBright’s mission to life through visual storytelling that simplifies solar energy, energizes our brand, and inspires action. This position combines hands-on content creation with creative direction, guiding visual narratives from conception to delivery across various campaigns, digital experiences, and educational platforms. Candidate must have ability to work in all phases of video and digital production from pre- through post-production in support of a variety of marketing and educational campaigns. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide key insights to help guide the company’s growth and success in the residential solar industry.
In this position you will be responsible for:
• Produce high-impact video content, graphic illustrations and brand-forward visual media that elevate EverBright’s identity
• Video pre-production, production and post-production capabilities for all phases of video and digital design production: shooting, editing, motion graphics design, 2D/3D animation, graphic design, compositing, color correction, voice-over, visual effects/compositing, sound design and audio mixing/sweetening in support of a variety of marketing and educational campaigns and projects for internal and external channels
• Camera operations, lighting and sound
• Concept development, scripting and producing
• Lead project management workflows to coordinate timelines, gather feedback, and secure approvals from stakeholders, often organizing and managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all visual and video outputs
• File conversions/compression/optimization/resizing for various channels and digital asset management
• Become an expert on the EverBright platform to generate training and marketing content efficiently and effectively
• Support audiovisual (AV) needs for meetings, events, projects.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• Ability to travel within Florida and throughout the United States
Additional Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and evolve brand expression through compelling video and motion-based visual assets
• Provide creative direction and visual design expertise across all stages of video production—from concept through delivery
• Work closely with creative director to present a final product that matches his/her vision
The ideal candidate will have:
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Proficient with Cinema 4D
• Proficient with camera operations, lighting and sound for video production/shooting
• Microsoft Office
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Effective written communications
• Effective verbal communications
Other Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree
Previous experience in the solar and/or renewable energy industry
Job Overview
Employees in this role are responsible for both creating and supporting the creation of visual content for creative campaigns across the NextEra Energy enterprise, primarily dealing with multi-layered campaigns and projects with significant complexity. Employees in this role will help generate ideas, bringing a creative touch to projects that align with our brand standards and corporate voice. Employees in this role are expected to have oversight of projects, including helping more junior designers support those projects. People in this role should produce content with pace and first-time quality, delivering images, PowerPoint slides, infographics, and other digital assets. This job requires employees to simultaneously manage multiple projects, working with business partners to deliver results on deadline.

- Collaborate with and assist other designers in support of major campaigns
- Help conceptualize, develop and execute creative campaigns
- Work with traffic manager and project managers to plan projects and share best practices
- Analyze data (campaign results, traffic, analytics) to shape future success

- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
