Position Specific Description

This position will translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions supporting demand planning, warehouse management, logistics, and internal repair facilities. This position will partner with operations and technology teams to define requirements, streamline repair intake, parts planning, scheduling, and return-to-stock processes, and deliver data validation, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment support.

Senior business analyst will lead medium-to-large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit by:
•    Conducting analysis and preparing reports that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations.
•    Providing quantitative and qualitative research to support small to medium special projects.
•    Assisting with process design and modification for continuous business improvements.
•    Performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Technical and professional requirements:

Must possess hands-on experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) based data extraction, data modeling, Extract Transform and Load (ETL) development, and analysis to improve forecast accuracy, inventory management, material flow, and repair turnaround times. Requires proven experience integrating Integrated supply chain (ISC) systems with Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) platforms, including source-to-target mapping, Application Programming Interfaces (API) and batch interfaces, and synchronization of master data, forecasts, inventory, shipments, and repair status. 

The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with the following required skills:
•    Building automation workflows and interactive applications using Power Platform.
•    Visualization through dashboards and reports built using PowerBi. 
•    Exhaustive knowledge in building ETL pipelines using R-script &
•    Extensive SQL knowledge using either PostGreSQL or RedShift clusters
