Position Specific Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Salesforce Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. This individual will lead the custom code development initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Web Runtime (LWR). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, design, and coding standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Custom Development: Lead and manage custom Salesforce development projects, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using Salesforce APEX, LWC, and LWR.
- Design Excellence: Collaborate in the design and architectural decisions for Salesforce applications, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Code Standards: Implement and uphold robust code review processes to maintain coding standards and improve development efficiency.
- Project Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering growth and improving the skill sets within the team.
- Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between teams, helping to resolve technical challenges and drive projects to successful completion.
Position Specific Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience (6 years) in Salesforce development with a strong focus on LWC and LWR.
- Proficiency in Salesforce APEX, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce design and development standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to lead projects and manage timelines effectively.
- Experience with Salesforce governance protocols and NEER Platform requirements.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior experience in mentoring and managing development teams.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Analyzes, designs, develops, tests, debugs, implements, maintains, integrates, customizes, and enhances existing or new systems
• Applies appropriate Agile or development methodologies, system development lifecycles, tools, and technology to manage development activities
• Automates the handoff of code releases from development to operations (DevOps)
• Participates in the change management and service ticket management processes including receiving, resolution monitoring, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Leads projects when needed and builds strong working understanding of the solution being delivered
• Ensures user satisfaction by providing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of more complex problems
• Designs, develops, and tests experimental application work to test new ideas with bounded cost and time frames
• Ensures that applications processes are conducted in line with corporate social responsibility, security, compliance, environmental, and technical policies and applicable standards and legislation
• Acts as liaison with regulatory agencies, vendors, and contractors on matters relating to computer systems as required
• Defines metrics and monitors Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for systems being developed
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
