Position Specific Description
Employees in this role will be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of on-boarding and continuing development material intended to support the overall talent development and success of the Energy Analytics functional area. Employees in this role will develop innovative programs to strengthen the commercial acumen, and business awareness, of new and existing subject matter experts on a holistic basis. This will involve coordination with key cross functional business units to acquire and distill relevant subject matter for the Energy Analytics team as needed. Those in this role will be expected to grasp strategic concepts critical to the success of our business and devise ways to improve business unit alignment. In addition, a critical part of this role will involve the mapping of new and existing processes and recommending changes needed to increase scalability; these process improvements will involve developing means to track adoption of new processes and measurement of success.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Executes organizational talent and performance management strategies, including high potential identification, succession planning, and performance appraisal process
- Analyzes data from various sources (compensation, talent, performance, and EEO/Diversity) to determine talent and performance management trends
- Designs leading edge organizational effectiveness practices utilizing fundamental knowledge, best practices, and benchmarking
- Provides strategic direction to the development and/or implementation of organizational effectiveness solutions and services
- Designs workforce organizational effectiveness interventions and ensures solutions are consistent with overall goals of the organization
- Provides organization development consultation to identify client needs
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 4+ years
