Position Specific Description
Employees in the job support our fleet of Wind, Solar, and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects. The team coordinates with the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), Engineering & Operations Support Services (EOSS), Business Management, PGD Business Services, and other central organizations to provide research and resources to our renewables fleet. This role’s primary function is to track the performance of our sites across the portfolio. The team regularly reports out to PGD and NEER leadership, and supports challenges sites by taking active lead in the performance intervention through project management and coordination. Employees in this role will manage a particular function within the wider team’s overall responsibilities and will support functional managers as part of the larger team. Minimal travel will be encouraged to better understand the portfolio of sites the team supports.

- Update, compile, and report out on our fleet’s performance
- Actively manage multiple projects at the same time – with key metrics and action item tracking
- Work with the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and Business Services to ensure timely supply of spare parts
- Be able to communicate effectively both up and down the organization – strong presentation skills
- Be able to work collaboratively across multiple organizations – both internal and external
- Be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and locations while maintaining safety and quality top of mind

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates and completes large-scale or several medium or small, complex or long term project(s) within budgetary and scheduling guidelines
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis
- Identifies issues and challenges, measures and validates results, and implements solutions
- Provides information to internal and external clients on moderate to complex issues
- Creates and communicates presentation materials for report out and updates with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Conducts external research and stays abreast of new developments or innovative advancements pertaining to the project
- Provides coaching, leadership and direction to project team
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 4+ years

- Master's Degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
