Position Specific Description
This position will primarily support compensation related projects including the annual performance rewards process, benchmarking, data reporting and analysis. Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills as well as enhanced Excel skills. They will also champion process improvement activities.
- Assist with the administration of employee compensation programs including the annual performance rewards process and benchmarking, working closely with HR Information Technology, Payroll, Finance and other HR teams
- Drive automation and process improvements for effective change
- Analyze data to recommend and implement strategies for Compensation and reward programs.
- Research and respond to complex compensation related questions in a concise, customer-focused format.
- Utilize Monday.com to document and monitor project plans
- Ensures compensation practices and programs are competitive, equitable and aligned with business goals in order to attract, retain, and motivate employees
- Participates in market surveys and benchmarking of pay programs
- Audits pay practices to ensure compliance with federal and state legislation applicable to wage and hour laws and regulations and internal pay policies
- Partners with HR Information Technology team and other internal partners to design effective compensation administration reporting tools
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates and completes large-scale or several medium or small, complex or long term project(s) within budgetary and scheduling guidelines
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis
- Identifies issues and challenges, measures and validates results, and implements solutions
- Provides information to internal and external clients on moderate to complex issues
- Creates and communicates presentation materials for report out and updates with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Conducts external research and stays abreast of new developments or innovative advancements pertaining to the project
- Provides coaching, leadership and direction to project team
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 4+ years
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
