Position Specific Description

NextEra Energy Resources is currently seeking an experienced Leader to join our Integrated Resource Planning (IRP) team in Juno Beach, Florida. The IRP team is responsible for economic analysis of electric utilities across the US, with a focus on integrating renewables and storage to plan for the clean energy grid of the future. We advise our development team, company leadership, and external clients on optimal resource planning decisions. We contribute to billions of dollars of investment decisions in solar, wind, battery storage, hydrogen, and transmission. We are a data-driven team that believes in continuous improvement and collaboration, and we are always looking to develop better tools, processes, and modeling approaches through learning and knowledge sharing.
