Position Specific Description
The successful candidate will support project teams by applying both Agile and Waterfall practices, with a strong focus on task management, follow-through, and effective communication. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent organizational skills, proficiency in JIRA, aiming to foster a culture that prioritizes scalability, efficiency, and cutting-edge innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects to drive AI-readiness using both an Agile and waterfall framework to deliver overall efficiency across the organization.
- Implement quick-win strategies to build excitement and empower employees to embrace technological advancements and process improvements.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to integrate AI technologies and scalable solutions into existing processes.
- Develop process automation using software tools such as Alteryx, MS 365 Power Apps, Power Automate, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Analyze project requirements and determine optimal strategies for achieving objectives in alignment with the company's mission of fostering innovation and reducing manual effort.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating tasks, resolving impediments, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation using platforms like Confluence, in support of process improvement and scalability initiatives.
- Create and deliver clear presentations using PowerPoint to effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, discussing any impediments and facilitating solutions.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a project team environment is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile and waterfall methodologies and their practical applications.
- Proficiency in JIRA for task management and story documentation.
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
Job Overview
This job provides leadership and direction to an Agile team, serves as an expert in the Scrum process, and enforces Scrum rules and framework. Employees in this role organize and facilitate release and sprint planning sessions, daily stand-up meetings, sprint demos, retrospectives, story refining sessions, and related activities. Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Organizes and facilitates work planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and sprint and release planning
- Facilitates collaboration for both internal and external teams, resolving conflict, removing impediments, and reducing external dependencies
- Coaches team members and stakeholders in preparation for Scrum ceremonies and events and in goal attainment
- Coaches team in Agile sizing techniques, makes appropriate and realistic commitments, and works closely with Product Owners
- Uses the Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool to prepare, communicate, and share team metrics and delivery results
- Creates a product roadmap, coaches the writing of value-driven user stories, features, and epics, and maintains a well-refined backlog
- Provides regular feedback to the Agile Transformation Team about new insights and lessons learned from team experiences
- Embraces servant leadership and displays behaviors that come with the key mindset shifts associated with being Agile
- Keeps informed and educated about industry trends concerning Agile methodologies
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned

- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
