Position Specific Description
As an SAP Supply Chain Systems Manager, you will be responsible for implementation and support of material management, inventory management, demand forecasting, master data, and analytics solutions with a deep understanding of SAP systems. You will function as a trusted advisor to the business unit partners recommending and delivering innovative solutions to business problems. You must have a deep appreciation for the integrated supply chain offerings within SAP and have a proficient working knowledge of the data, data relationships, transactions, integrations, and architecture. You will add value to the business by partnering with them to deliver business process, people, and technology solutions to drive internal cost savings, efficiencies, reduce external spend, and contribute to shareholder value. This individual will engage in person daily with business unit leadership and key subject matter experts within the Engineering, Construction, & Integrated Supply Chain (ECSC) group within NextEra Energy. You will be responsible for finding use cases and applying innovative technologies including AI, advanced analytics, enterprise data, among others. Job Overview
This position guides teams in the execution of agile initiatives to deliver customer value. Employees in this role train and coach in the use of Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP, and scale agile framework practices.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Trains and coaches leaders, teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindset
- Contributes in Communities of Practice (CoP), within the agile network
- Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization
- Facilitates periodic synchronization meetings across several different onsite and distributed delivery teams
- Prepares program and release backlogs, as well as team and program objectives
- Tracks, promotes, and publishes completed program features and program and team objectives
- Manages risk and dependencies, communicates and escalates impediments to facilitate transparency, and reduces bottlenecks
- Embraces a continuous improvement mindset, and drives the use of agile engineering best practices and innovation
- Reports on standardized program-level metrics, and understands, tracks, and operates within the program budget
- Plays an instrumental role in the organization’s Agile transformation, acts as a change agent, and shows strong leadership skills with a positive and collaborative attitude

Required Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 8+ years
- Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years
