Position Specific Description

Employees in this position provide analysis and support to the trade desk by managing daily operations of project portfolios.
 
Preferred Role Duties & Responsibilities

• Completes budgets and monthly forecasting, financial analyses, ad hoc reports, and modeling
• Ensures compliance with development agreements, land leases, and regulatory requirements
• Responsible for tracking and reporting P&L
• Manages invoicing, trades, reconciliations, and deliveries
• Manage and coordinate compliance with both credit and risk departments
• Deal entry and management of relevant environmental registry systems
• Maintains and improves relationship with counterparties
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• Conducts analysis on issues impacting operations and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement
• Monitors project operations
• Works with teams throughout the company in a coordinator capacity including legal, accounting, environmental, and others as necessary
