Position Specific Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact AI Energy product initiatives. In this role, you will own product strategy and execution for complex, data-driven products, translating business and customer needs into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes. You will define product vision, prioritize investments, and drive innovation from concept through delivery. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional leadership, the ability to influence without authority, and a track record of delivering scalable, high-value products in collaboration with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.

Job Overview

Employees in this role will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical products. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Formulate and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with NextEra’s goals and market opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and other teams to drive product initiatives and deliver best-in-class solutions
  • Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets and exceeds their expectations
  • Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks related to product development
  • Provide regular updates to leaders and stakeholders on product progress, key achievements, and strategic direction
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
